What if Performance Wasn’t Just Physical — But Neurological?

Science of Winning brings together neuroscience, mental-performance psychology, and advanced neurotechnologies, enabling athletes and everyday performers to enhance the communication between their mind and body.

This is the future of performance: not harder… smarter, deeper, and from the inside out.

The Philosophy

Performance isn’t random — it’s regulated.

When the nervous system functions at full capacity, the body becomes more coordinated, adaptable, and powerful.

Our system combines neuroscience, performance psychology, and neurotechnology to unlock these internal advantages.

Meet The Experts

Dr. Szilvia Passfield

Founder & Clinical Director — Synrgtx Neuro-Performance Clinic

Dr. Szilvia integrates clinical neuroscience, functional medicine, and advanced neuro-regulation technologies to restore and optimize the body’s communication systems. Her work focuses on how sensory pathways, neural signalling, and movement patterns influence balance, recovery, and overall human performance.

With more than two decades of clinical practice, she has developed the Synrgtx method — a structured approach that blends vibrotactile stimulation, functional movement retraining, brain-based therapies, and neuro-modulation. Her system helps clients improve stability, reduce neurological fatigue, and create lasting changes in how the body moves and responds.

Dr. Szilvia’s approach is built on the belief that the nervous system is not a passive network — it is the driver of performance. By rebalancing sensory input and retraining the brain-body connection, she helps individuals unlock measurable improvements in focus, mobility, resilience, and recovery.

“The nervous system is the body’s operating system — when we re-code it, performance follows.”

Kim Thompson

Mental Health & Performance Regulation Specialist — Synrgtx

Kim combines advanced counselling expertise with performance-focused mental wellbeing to help athletes build the internal stability required to stay composed under pressure. She teaches athletes how their emotional patterns, stress responses, and cognitive habits directly influence their ability to focus, reset, and perform with confidence.

With over two decades of experience, Kim guides athletes through evidence-informed strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, improve mental clarity, and create a grounded, resilient mindset. She helps them understand how their nervous system responds to intensity — and, more importantly, how to influence those reactions to maintain control in high-stakes moments.

Kim supports athletes in developing the awareness and regulation skills needed to keep anxiety, frustration, and self-doubt from derailing performance. She helps them recover quickly from mistakes and setbacks, maintain attention through disruptive moments, and understand their stress-response patterns so they can stay composed in demanding environments. Athletes also learn how to restore mental energy between competitions, training sessions, and high-load periods.

Her method blends practical mental-health tools with performance frameworks, allowing athletes to train their minds with the same precision and intention as their physical game. Kim ensures athletes not only stay calm in key moments — they learn how to return to calm on command.

“When you train your mind to stay in the moment, your body follows.”
